Our Lady of Perpetual Help

Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church and School comes from a long tradition of dedicated people with a clear vision of what a parish needs to be in order to foster a faithful relationship with Jesus Christ in word and deed.  Bolstered by the Sacraments, we are a community of Faith, Family and Friends that try to live out the Gospel surrounded by God’s people, grounded in Faith.  Please let us know how we can help you with any questions you may have, as together we build God’s Kingdom one person at a time.
